Team

At Bevalcentrum Amsterdam, you are supported by a team of experienced, dedicated and professional maternity care assistants. They assist your midwife during your labour and are there to support you and your partner throughout this special experience. Even before you arrive, they prepare the birthing room for you: filling the pool if you wish, lighting candles, and making sure everything is ready to welcome you.

Our maternity care assistants work in rotating shifts, and there is always someone present. If it becomes busy, they ensure an extra colleague comes in, so that your care remains optimal.
