Accredited training centre
Bevalcentrum Amsterdam is an accredited training centre for student midwives and maternity care assistants. During their education, they often have limited opportunities to gain hands-on experience in supporting or assisting at a birth. We believe it is important that they are given this opportunity, so that we can continue to provide high-quality maternity care.
This means you may be asked whether a student may be present at your birth. You are always free to decline, but we greatly appreciate it if you give your consent and allow students the chance to learn in this way.
